Access the NEW Real Life Rewards in three easy steps.

On or after January 13, you can manage your points and redeem for rewards by following the steps below. If you have any questions, call us at 1-800-972-3030 (now through January 9) or 1-800-449-2142 (on or after January 13). You can also visit your nearest banking center.

1. Log in to Internet Banking on 53.com.

2. Click on the Real Life Rewards graphic in the upper right corner.

3. Enjoy a more rewarding experience.

From now until January 9, continue to access your rewards the same way you always have at fifththirdrewards.com.

Jan. 10-12
Access to Real Life Rewards will be temporarily unavailable starting at 12:01 a.m. on January 10 as we transition to the new website. The website will be available again on Monday, January 13.
