• New, easier access to rewards using Fifth Third Internet Banking.
  Forget having to remember yet another username and password and logging in a second time to access your rewards. Simply log in to Internet Banking on 53.com and click on the Real Life Rewards link to manage your points and redeem for rewards.
• Totally redesigned Real Life Rewards website.
  With a fresh new look and improved navigation, it's easier than ever to redeem your points for the rewards that are right for you.  
• Points automatically combined for most accounts.
  If you have more than one rewards credit card, you'll no longer need to call or visit a banking center to combine or transfer points between cards. See the FAQ for more details.
• Improved Travel Rewards
  Use the new Real Life Rewards Self-Booking Travel Tool—with TripAdvisor^® ratings—to book your flight, hotel, or car rental instantly.
• Sign up for automatic redemptions to pay down your Fifth Third Mortgage.
  Now you can set up automatic redemptions to pay down your Fifth Third Bank Mortgage.   
• Merchandise Rewards now available
  Choose from hundreds of brand-name options, from fashion and beauty items to electronics and sporting goods.
• Use fewer points than before on many gift cards.
  Reward yourself even faster with specially priced gift cards from your favorite retailers, restaurants, and entertainment providers.
• Redeem points any way you like.
  Every Fifth Third product earning rewards, including the Cash Rewards and Homeowners Plus Credit Cards, can redeem for gift cards, travel, merchandise, cash back, or the satisfaction of paying down a Fifth Third loan, and more!
• Combine points with cash to get your rewards faster.
  Short on points? No problem. Now you can pay the difference to get the extra points you need—for faster rewards.

• Points expiration
  Employee Rewards Card points will now carry an expiration date of 3 years. Please see the FAQ or terms and conditions for more information.
• New Real Life Rewards phone number and Rewards Service Center hours begin January 13.
