In 2012, the Columbus Zoo was voted the #1 Zoo in America by USA Today 10Best, and we’re proud to support this outstanding organization. We’re also proud to create and offer services that improve the guest experience. Services like the Fifth Third Bank Pronto Patrol—a team of ambassadors that helps get Zoo guests through the gates faster with hand-held tablets. This initiative significantly reduces wait times and lines, giving guests a chance to enjoy more time with friends and family at the Zoo. We’re proud to offer half off Zoo-It-All passes to all patrons who show their Fifth Third Bank debit or credit card.
