Filling stadiums with camaraderie since opening day
From the Dragons’ beginning, we saw the team's potential to improve the community and provide economic impact. After we acquired the naming rights for Fifth Third Field, we were the first company to purchase a suite in the new stadium—and the first to place a deposit on season tickets.
Since their opening day in 2000, the Dayton Dragons have never failed to sell out a game. The minor-league team holds the record among all American professional sports franchises, consistently packing the 7,230-plus-seat stands to capacity with passionate fans.
In addition, the Dayton Dragons and Fifth Third Field host a variety of events every year including:
- College Prep Night — Each September, we introduce local students and parents to colleges in the area.
- Anthem Health Fair — Free activities to educate the community on healthy lifestyles.
- Dragons Baseball Camp — The players and coach teach the fundamentals to kids in the community.
- Donatos Family Movie Night — A night for the community to enjoy games and food before lying on the outfield to enjoy a movie.
