Bringing spirit and teamwork to the community

Kennesaw State University is Georgia’s third largest university, with two campuses just north of Atlanta, the school is experiencing rapid growth- both on and off the field. In 2015, with the support of Fifth Third Bank, the Owls, joined the world of college football as part of the Big South Conference in the Football Championship Subdivision. The team finished their inaugural season with a very impressive winning record- getting national attention for the program and the University.

Fifth Third Bank Stadium, the signature athletics landmark on the Kennesaw State University campus, is a world-class, 8,300 seat facility that has been recognized as one of the premier multi-use outdoor athletics facilities in the country. In the fall of 2015, it became the official home of Owls football team and in 2016 will become the home of the Atlanta Blaze, Georgia’s new professional men’s lacrosse team.
